I have spent more than 10 years doing what I love, engineering everything from a small backyard terrace to a high-rise, over 600 projects in all. What still drives me is seeing the people I work with succeed: the architect whose design gets built as drawn, the builder who finishes on schedule, the owner who moves in with peace of mind. Every project taught me something I now put to work on yours, and I take personal responsibility for sparing you these problems.

Professionalism starts with the basics: I personally answer my calls, and scope, fee and timeline are agreed in writing before any work begins. I design efficient structures, not oversized ones, and when there is more than one way to solve it, I show you the options and what each one means for your budget. I coordinate my drawings with the architecture, so the structure integrates with the design rather than constraining it, and your builder is not faced with excessive RFIs. My drawings are complete and clear to build, and prepared to move through plan review with fewer comments. My commitment does not end when the drawings are sealed: my team and I stay with you through permit comments, field questions and inspections.
